Made of cow milk, sheep milk, goat milk, ferments, salt, rennet.
Cylinder shaped, pure white color and rindless, weight about 300g (11 oz).
In spite of its freshness, this robiola has a great equilibrium: the skillful blend of three milks gives it a special sweetness, perfectly according to the acidic note due to the long milk maturation at a low temperature.
Tasting suggestions: at room temperature, excellent natural or dressed with pepper and olive oil.
Packaging: 4 wheel cases, case weight about 1,2 kg (21/2 lb).
Storage recommendations: keep at +4°/+8° C (39°/46° F).
Shelf life: 30 days.
