Made of cow milk, sheep milk, goat milk, ferments, salt, rennet.
Cylinder shaped, light straw yellow colour, edible thin and wet rind, weight about 1 kg (21/4 lb).
Looking like a delicious cake, Toma della Rocca wraps the palate with its light and soft texture and its fresh cream flavour. A slight acidity, due to the slow maturation of three different milks, follows the initial sweetness leaving the mouth perfectly clean.
Tasting suggestions: at room temperature.
Packaging: a special resealable case allows the cheese to ripen, perfectly preserving its characteristics by keeping humidity steady. Case weight about 1 kg (21/4 lb).
Storage recommendations: keep at +4°/+8° C (39°/46° F).
