Soft ripened cheese, pasteurized, washed rind


Made of cow milk, sheep milk, goat milk, ferments, salt, rennet.

Washed rind with Annatto.

Square shaped, light red colour, edible and tender rind, weight about 280 g (10 oz).

Sweet and creamy, with delcate sensations of boiled milk and fresh grass, this cheese takes its characteristic red and orange tones by the washing of the rind during the aging process with Annatto, a natural vegetable clouring used for centuries to colour and protect cheese surface.

Tasting suggestions: at room temperature.

Packaging: 8 wheel cases, case weight about 2,3 kg (5 lb).

Storage recommendations: keep at +4°/+8° C (39°/46° F).

Shelf life: 45 days.
