Soft ripened cheese, pasteurized
Made of cow milk, sheep milk, goat milk, ferments, salt, rennet.
Cylinder shaped, light straw yellow colour, edible soft and wrinkled rind, weight about 300 g (11 oz).
From the acidic coagulation of well mixed three milks and a short and careful aging, takes its origin this creamy robiola with its great organoleptic balance, where sweetness and acidity melt toghether wrapping the palate with butter and crème fraiche flavours.
Tasting at room temeprature.
Packaging in 6 wheel cases, case weight about 1,8 kg (4 lb).
Storage recommendation: keep at +4°/+8° C (39°/46° F).
Shelf life: 45 days.
