Square shaped, light straw yellowcolor with white coat, edible tender rind slightly mouldy, weight about 250 g (9 oz).
Robiola Bosin, with its unmistakable squared shape and its intense scents, at the palate is delicate and smooth and tasty as well. Its creamy heart reveals nice butter and hay flavours, while its tender and slightly mouldy rind gives underbrush sensations.
Tasting suggestions: at room temperature excellent natural or on warm toasted bread.
Packaging: 8 or 12 wheel cases, case weight about 1 or 2 kg (21/4 or 41/2 lb).
Storage recommendations: keep at +4°/+8° C (39°/46° F).
Shelf life: 50 days.
