Soft ripened cheese, pasteurized
Made of cow milk, sheep milk, ferments, salt, rennet.
Cylinder shaped, light straw yellow color with a white coat, edible mouldy rind, weight about 80 g (3 oz).
Little cheese with a whitr and soft rind.
Tender and smooth with boiled milk and light underbrush flavours when it is fresh, it becomes tasty and creamy with aging, with more intense flavours and a herbal note increasing its complexity.
Tasting suggestions: at room temperature, excellent also warmed on a grill.
Packaging: 18 wheel cases, case weight about 1,5 kg (31/3 lb).
Storage recommendations: keep at +4°/+8° C (39/46° F).
Shelf life: 50 days.
