Made of cow milk, sheep milk, goat milk, ferments, salt, rennet.
Cylinder shaped, light straw yellow colour with red shades with maturation, edible tender rind, weight about 300 g (11 oz).
The fine and wet texture of this cheese, extremely pleasant at the palate with its delicate flavour of fresh milk and fresh grass, is obtained reaching a perfect equilibrium between different milks and a gentle aging in ventilated cells.
Tasting suggestions: at room temperature.
Packaging: 6 wheel cases, case weight about 1,8 kg (4 lb).
Storage recommendations: keep at +4°/+8° C (39°/46° F).
