Made of cow milk, sheep milk, ferments, salt rennet.
Cylinder shaped, light straw yellow colour, edible soft rind, weight about 220 g (8 oz).
The tender and white rind of this paglierina, prepared with different milks and a special mix of ferments, contains, like a shell, a tasty, sweet and smooth texture, wrapping the palate as a warm embrace, with its boiled milk and hay flavours.
Tasting suggestions: at room temperature. Excellent natural or warmed on a grill.
Packaging: 10 wheel cases, case weight: about 2,2 kg (5 lb).
Storage recommendations: keep at +4°/+8° C (39/46° F).
