Cylinder shaped, light straw yellow colour with red shades with the maturation, edible tender rind, weight about 1,4 kg (3 lb).
The aromatic gentleness, made of fresh milk, cream and fresh grass sensations, combined with a fine, compact and wet texture, makes of this cheese a harmonious partner for the palate.
