Made of goat milk, ferments, salt, rennet.
Cylinder shaped, pure white and rindless, weight about 150g (5 oz).
Fresh and delicate, this goat cheese with its fine texture and its typical yogurt and fresh milk aroma, is obtained by a long milk acidification. Creamy and tasty with its pleasant acidity, leaves the mouth perfectly clean.
Tasting suggestions: at room temperature, excellent natural or dressedwith pepper and olive oil.
Packaging: 10 wheel cases, case weight about 1,5 kg (31/3 lb).
Storage recommendations: keep at +4°/+8° C (39/46° F).
Shelf life: 30 days.
