Soft ripened cheese, pasteurized
Made of cow milk, goat milk, sheep mik, ferments, salt, rennet.
Cylinder shaped, light straw yellow colour, edible tender and wrinkled rind, weight about 260 g (9 oz).
A fine and compact texture closed in a soft rind and a surprisingly slightly ammoniac creamy layer under the rind. Camembert dell'Alta Langa has a considerable scents and aromatic complexity, due to a careful mix of three different milks and a patient aging process.
In the mouth, sensations of milk, hay and straw with a light animal note.
Tasting suggestions: at room temperature.
Storage recommendations: keep at +4°/+8° C (39/46° F).
Shelf life: 50 days.
