Soft ripened cheese, pasteurized
Made of goat milk, ferments, salt, rennet.
Cylinder shaped, light straw yellow colour, edible soft and wrinkled rind, weight about 300 g (11 oz).
Gentle goat milk robiola with a very creamy layer under the thin and soft rind, obtained by a light aging in a humid and ventilated cell. In the mouth, melting sensations of freshness - given by its typical acidity - and fragrance of bread and hazelnuts.
Tasting suggestion: at room temperature, excellent natural or on warn toasted bread.
Pakeging: 6 wheel cases - case weight about 1,8 kg (4 lb).
Storage recommendations: keep at +4°/+8°C (39/46° F).
Shelf life: 45 days.
