Soft ripened cheese, pasteurized
Made of cow milk, sheep milk, ferments, salt, rennet.
Oval shaped, light straw yellow colour with white and orange shades, edible soft rind, weight about 200 g (7 oz).
Very soft snd smooth cheese with an original shape, created to support the maturation process: it ripens in special cells for two weeks: the result is a tasty product with a creamy heart and boilaed milk and dry fruit flavours.
Tasting suggestion: at room temperature.
Storage recommendations: keep at +4°/+8° C (39/46° F).
Shelf life: 50 days.
