Cylinder shaped, pure white and rindless,
weight about 300 g (11 oz).
Taste fresh and soft, yet dry and compact, this robiola contains all the lightness of the goat milk slowly acidified. In the mouth, its typical acidity recalls yogurt flavours and milk and fresh grass feelings.
Tasting suggestions: at room temperature, excellent natural or dressed with pepper and olive oil.
Storage recommendations: keep at +4°/+8° C (39/46° F).
Shelf life: 30 days.
